For visitors: We use your enquiry details to respond to you, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information into an introductory form.
01. Who we are
Executive Fusion Solutions Ltd (company number 15371717) operates this website and is the controller responsible for personal information collected directly through it. Our registered office is 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. For privacy enquiries, contact alan@executive-fusion.com.
02. Information we collect
When you use a contact form or enquire about consultancy, assessments or training, we may collect your name, work email address, phone number, employer, organisation size, website, the business challenge you describe and the source of your enquiry. If you correspond with us, we may retain those messages and any information you voluntarily provide. Our website and its hosting providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, security events and basic service logs. Please do not submit confidential client information, personal health information or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
03. How and why we use your data
We use enquiry information to respond, assess your requirements, arrange a call, prepare proposals and manage any resulting business relationship. Depending on your relationship with us, the lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to relevant business enquiries and operating the business, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We may also use information to deliver a contract, meet legal or accounting obligations and protect the security of our services. We do not treat sending an enquiry as agreement to receive a marketing mailing list. Any separate marketing communications will require an appropriate lawful basis and will include an opt-out where required.
04. Who receives your information
Enquiry forms on this website currently use FormSubmit to transmit form entries to our business email. Website hosting uses Google Firebase Hosting. When you choose to schedule a meeting via our booking link, Calendly handles information supplied through its booking service. Our email, IT and professional advisers may access relevant records where necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements. We do not sell your personal information.
05. International processing
Some external service providers may process or store information outside the United Kingdom. Where an international transfer is subject to UK GDPR transfer rules, we aim to use an applicable adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards. The precise processing locations and contractual arrangements of FormSubmit, Google, Calendly and email providers should be verified against their current terms; contact us for more information.
06. How long we keep information
We retain enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up legitimate business discussions and maintain appropriate business records. We review information that has not progressed to a client relationship and remove it when it is no longer needed. Client, training and financial records may need to be kept longer for contract, tax, legal or professional requirements. Before publishing, Executive Fusion should adopt and document specific retention periods or criteria for each record type.
07. Your data protection rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal data, to object to certain processing, and in some circumstances to receive your data in a portable format. You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting previous lawful processing. To exercise a right, email alan@executive-fusion.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
08. Cookies and external websites
This site may use technically necessary functions and may be subject to service-provider cookies or logs. Third-party sites opened through links, such as Calendly, have their own privacy and cookie notices. Before publishing, verify whether the deployed site uses analytics, advertising pixels, optional cookies, embedded media or consent-management tools. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, relevant consent and information requirements must be implemented.
09. Security and automated decisions
We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect information and limit access to people who need it. Internet and email transfers cannot be guaranteed risk-free. An initial enquiry is reviewed by people; we do not use enquiry-form responses to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
10. Complaints and contact
Please contact us first at alan@executive-fusion.com if you have a question or concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
